As of April 1, 2008 KOSH Training Center will continue to offer OSHA OTI courses through an agreement with West Virginia University Safety & Health Extension. West Virginia University Safety & Health Extension is a consortium partner in the National Resource Center for OSHA Training. The National Resource Center for OSHA Training was established in 1994 as the Region III OSHA Training Institute Education Center.  It is run as a consortium of the National Labor College (NLC), Building and Construction Trades Department of the AFL/CIO/The Center to Protect Worker's Rights, and West Virginia University Safety and Health Extension.

The current course offerings by KOSH will still be available as scheduled and will be included as part of the National Resource Center calendar. WVU will also manage the OSHA 10 and 30 hour card distribution.
